請教,如何辦理J-2豁免?

我J-2 來美,後來轉成F-1, 然後 H1-B. 老公已經完成兩年義務, 但我沒有.
I am working with my H1-B visa and have an I-485 pending. Would anybody know how to pursue an J-2 waiver independently?
