急問 xiaobaitu 等高手

急問 xiaobaitu 等高手，如果 F1未畢業，開始工作並轉成H１，但學校還給了三個月的工資(直到答辯)，即同時拿到兩份工資，是不是非法啦,已經過去幾年了, 當時不知道. 有什麽補救辦法嗎? 能退回去嗎？還能再進入美國嗎?
