How can I come back U.S? Urgent!

I receive Canada Visa today and it will expire by this June. So I have to do Canada landing in this June. My current status is 485 pending. but I don't have AP.I don't think i can get AP before June if I apply for it now. Can I still come back U.S. if I go to Canada for landing? If yes, how? Thanks for you help in advance.
