如果驢師說你可以申請EB1A, 而你老公比你弱點，但是是Faculty, 學校應該可以為你老公再申請EB1B吧。好的學校是不讓你不花錢的。
如果擔心幾千快錢打水飄，你自己還可以DIY EB1A， 這樣一來既省錢，有無後顧之憂。
可謂萬全之策。
