求教: 從收到485Approval到拿到綠卡大概要多少時間?

我的H1快到期了 (還有1個多月). 剛受到USCIS的EMAIL說485被批準,批準信已經寄出. 請問大家下麵還有些什麽程序? 大概多少時間可以拿綠卡?
單位正在給我辦H1的延期,還沒有遞出去,還要讓他們繼續辦嗎?
