I havea question about TB skin test RFE.When I did medical examination I693 last year, my doctor, who is a Chinese, skipped the TB skin test by checking “Not done” and directly asked me to do a Chest X-ray. Now I received a RFE for TB skin test. My Dr just supplemented previous TB test (positive) performed in Nov 2004 into a new I693 form with remarks as “(patient) has been cleared of contagion. His chest X-Ray today was negative” to respond RFE letter. My Dr said that if you have positive TB skin, it will be positive ever so it does not make sense to do again. My question is whether it is OK to reply RFE using positive TB result in 2004 ? Or I should do it again to follow CIS instruction?
Thanks for your suggestion!
