關於H-1B的支票,小白兔及各位大俠們,請再幫忙看一看下麵的問題,麻煩

關於H1-B有三個費要交,一個是petition filing fee($190),第二個是a U.S. employer with a total of 25 or less full-time employees in U.S.($750 fee),第三個是Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee($500)有幾個問題請教一下:
1.請問一下,要寄去的支票是個人支票嗎?
2.支票開成三張,分別付給USCIS嗎?還是合開一張?
3.支票付給什麽:U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
然後注明分別是

* petition filing fee($190)
* a U.S. employer with a total of 25 or less full-time employees in U.S.($750 fee)
* Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee($500)
