xiaobaitu, need your advice on my 140 premium status

As per the USCIS website, TSC received my I140 on 4/11/07. Though I did file for premium service, it didn't show "premium" in the online message. As of today the status is still pending. Since it has been almost 15 days, I am kind of upset. I called the "premium" hotline just now with the case receipt number. The system didn't recognize the case number as a premium case, thus release no info. Anything I can do?
