unless your pay is far bellow the market value, they just use the PW as an excuse to deny the case first. I suggest you talking to your lawyer, who very likely handled similar case before, since PW is such a variant thing and there is huge different from region to region.

once you figure out the solution, and the rebuttal material with strong proof that your wage is compatible, then most likely they will accept it.
