Share - NC cleared after 41/2 years

with the help of the First lady's office. My case is a little rare:

I am assigned two A numbers after I-485 submission in October 2002. The NC associated with the first one was cleared at the end of 2002 (known from the recent FBI ltter); the second NC request was ted in March 2005, and was cleared early this month after I sent a letter to First lady's office in the middle of Feb.

I consolidated my two A numbers in Jan 2006 at Infopass appointment; however,BCIS did not proceed with my case, neglecting the fact that my NC was cleared back in 2002.
