請問physician綠卡申請找那位律師較好，萬分感謝！

My case:

NIW140/485 filed based on research background in Aug. 2005, 140 approved in early 2006. Residency done this summer. My concern now is:

How much risk I could have if I start practicing medicine as a physician by using EAD prior to 485 approval?

If I take physician GC route, what are the pros and cons?

How much is the chance I can link the new petition to previous 485?
