so that means I can go with OPT first, then apply GC, then apply for H1 while waiting for GC being approved?
2nd quesiton is whether the history of visa being cancelled will negatively affect the GC application?(it was US Embassy's fault by giving me the wrong type of visa, which was cancelled the moment I landed, I entered with one time waiver,)but I noticed when we file the GC, we need to the copy of visa and I-94, I do not have a visa right now, will that be a problem? or maybe I can just t the copy of the waiver instead?
