Ask xiao ba tu for help

I have received a letter from FBI that my NC was cleared by this month. Can I know:
1. How long I can get the 485 approve since it is pending for 2.10 months already.
2. I have filled a 824 for my wife and my son in 2004. How long they can come here. They are living singapore with singapore PR now.
