I've told you the best way which is to tell your second company and withdraw your H-1b application.
BTW, just want to let you know this - if you accept the offer (you signed the contract) and company applies H-1 for you, and you don't go, you will be deemed as "not reliable and not credible" which may affect you further employment. This country has "law and order" and every one should play game according to the rules. Chinese saying "stepping on both boats" is not the rule here.
