收到第二次打指紋的通知，可孩子沒有收到，正常嗎？該怎麽辦？

請教各位熱心的朋友們，你們有沒有遇到這樣的情況呢？我們的485從加州轉到Lincoin,剛收到第二次打指紋的通知，可是孩子卻沒有收到通知，是否正常？要不要打電話問呢？
