謝謝小白兔,但是I-130表上明明寫著如果在CA遞交,應該寄到Laguna Niguel, 是不是針對如果父母不在美國的情況下才寄去Laguan Niguel, 如果父母就在美國轉化身份,就通通寄到Chicago? 萬分謝謝.
