請問I-130&I-485可以同時遞交嗎?

我在ＬＡ，申請父母在美調整身份，聽說I-485可以和I-130同時遞交, 不必等I-130 APPROVE, I-485應該是寄到Chicago的，但是如果同時遞交，是否都寄到Laguna Niguel USCIS California Service Center 就可以了．

The instruction上說"If the form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with form I-485, both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the form I-485 applicant resides."
