Canada Immigration Processing Time

Our family applied for Canada skilled worker class immigration last year.
The case is being processed at Buffalo. We got the first letter last Augst but then no update. From the e-Client website it always shows "In Process" since June 2006.

Does anyone know how long does it take to receive the second letter?
