if Taiwan-born spouse is applying GC with you based on the same I-140, yes. You, the spouse and minor children whoever were China-born now will all charge the GC category quota to Taiwan. So if GC category is EB2, you will benefit from this and get current PD.

If that spouse is GC already or a US citizen, or NOT applying for GC. Your EB2 quota cannot charge to Taiwan and you have to subject to China PD.
