if you got 2nd FP, that means your NC is clear

I just did my 2nd figure print on 4/11, and 4/17 the 485 is approved. I filed the WOM on 3/6, I am not sure WOM helped my case or not, I think it did. My 485 RD is Nov 2005. I need to figure out how to dismiss my lawsuit now.
