小白兔，請教關於OPT問題！

我要申請OPT,Form I-765的第11項問以前是否申請過employment authorization. 請問我該填是還是不是？
我的情況是：我以前申請過H1B,也被批準了，但是我在它生效前遞了Cancel申請，並保持了F-1的連續性。我現在的H1B Cancel申請還在Pending狀態.
