請教xiaobaitu 及各位大俠有關J1, J2 同時申請H1 的時間間隔問題

J2是 J1的家屬。

現在的情況是，兩人同時加急申請H1,而且看樣子J1的會先批準。問題是：

1---如果是這樣，那J2還能申請到H1嗎？
2---有辦法兩人都拿到H1嗎？
