我在美國持H-4簽證。正在等待綠卡。我已經有工卡。可以在美國工作。
我把我的簡曆發到一家公司。這個公司的的回複中，有這麽個問題，如下：

Do you currently have or are you able to obtain a US Government security clearance?

我不知該怎樣回答。
