如果LC的批準日是07年3月，哪何時可遞I140，I485及AP申請？配偶與孩子能同時遞交申請嗎？多謝！

• you can file I140 at anytime. the cutoff date is for i485 -afewgoodman- ♀ (0 bytes) () 04/18/2007 postreply 15:24:31
