On Feb 2007, was informed the GC is pending due to NC.
On April 16 2007, visit local infopass and was told in GC is pending due to backgroud check.
On April 17 2007, GC is approved according to USCIS webiste.

Thanks for the help from xiaobutai and any other ppl in this forum.
