changes of status from H4 to F1

Dear all,

Due to the priority data, my son can't file his green card application. Now, he has H4. Since I found a new job and I have to use my EAD. I contacted with a private high school who can issue his I-20. Does someone have this kind of experience? Waht is the trick here?
