小白兔，各位好心人請幫忙，媽媽B2 延期遇到問題
我幫媽媽申請了延期，網站上說批準了，給我們郵寄了，但是郵局，不認識媽媽的名字把信，給退回去了，網站上說，信被退回。我馬上給移民局服務線，打了電話，讓在給我們郵寄一份；每次服務員，都填寫request form 給移民局，還給我referral number.　但是，也不能查到結果。我有以下問題。
１） 媽媽要是現在，想回家，媽媽怎麽出境？沒有原始的I-94.媽媽下次入境，會有問題嗎？
２） 我在Dallas，　我可不可以，約移民管麵談，拿到信。
