After using 4 prepaid cards I finally made a appointment at US Guangzhou Consulate on April 26th. The appointment date from the call center is very confusing:

1. Guangzhou, 2 weeks ago they told me only up to April 18, 1 week ago the earliest is May 19th. So 1 week made a lot of difference. Last night I tried again although my air ticket has been issued. I was told they have spots between April 24 -27!?????!!!.

2. Beijing, now they are accepting April 30.

3. Shanghai, April 25.

4. The transfer service through CITIC bank requires 1 week. They accept your documents on Monday, transfer them to consulate on Tuesday, applicants still need to go to consulate for finger print on Wed. The VISA is available the next Monday in the CITIC bank.
