Xiaobaitu: After using AP, H-1B transfer?

I presently hold a H-1B status, and my I-485 remains pending due to the backlog in visa availability. From this forum, it seems that after using AP I will be able to come back and continue working for my authorized H-1B employer. However, I wonder if I will be allowed for a H-1B transfer once I find a new job afterwards. Thank you for your comments!
