However before your application for citizenship is approved, they will first review ur joint application to remove the condition on ur GC. You will need to file a I-751 one year and nine months after you got married and before your second anniversary.

They will first remove the condition on ur greencard. Then you file for citizenship two years and nine month after you got ur current GC. It usually takes several months. Some takes for a couple of years because of the pending name check.

Then you will be able to start the adjustment of status process for your mother. Your hu*****and can't do anything right now.
