485已交，我是主申請人，老婆是h-1，能否讓老婆辭職？

如果辭職，她是算什麽身份？aos?我們3月遞交的ead,ap,以及485申請，老婆的老板現在比較變態，能不能幹脆在家裏呆著，等到ead拿到再找別的工作？不需要把她轉成h-4吧？
