謝謝xiaobaitu. One additional question about the Priority date carryover

If my wife reinstall her H1B status, could she file the EB2 immigration petition based on her employment for her and me? Could we carryover previous priority data from our previous I-485 to our new I-485 petition? The priority date for our old I-485 is 2004 which is before the cutoff date.
