AP photoes

I was told that the photoes for I-131 application should be passport photoes. And I also saw this in an I-131 Instructrion downloaded from an immigration website. However, the Instruction from USCIS website said that the photoes should be view of right face, not full front face. Both the Instructions have same expiration dates (till 11/30/07). Which one is right? By the way, for the I-485 cases trasfered from CSC to NSC, where should EAD and AP applications should be ted? Thank you.
