EAD pending在TSC已經100多天了，上次去local office查，沒有結果。回來後在網上查到了CIS發給各個service center director和disctrict office director的interoffice memorandum, 上麵說：
...Adjudication of Form I765 must occur prior to Day 70 in order for the EAD to be received by the applicant prior to Day 90....
In the event that an application is not adjudicated within the regulatory time frame, each Service Center and the NBC have established a decicated telephone line to answer field office inquiries when an applicant appears for an interim EAD. Since the affacted alien will be in the field office at the time the inquiry is made, the NBC and Service Centers will attempt to respond to any inquiry within 30 minutes of receipt...
Once contacted by a local office, it will be the responsibility of the Service Center or NBC to either adjudicate the pending Form I-765 or issue an interim EAD.
拿著這個Memo今天又去了一趟field office, 碰到了一個nice的officer, 她直接打電話過去詢問，TSC那邊還沒上班，有人接電話說會expedite我的case, 但沒有解釋為何delay. 我怕他們說expedite隻是應付一下，就說在local office等。一個小時後，officer又打了個電話過去，TSC那邊在10分鍾後回電，說今天就處理，我不好意思再賴在那裏就回來了，因為field office已經做了他們該做的。希望下個星期就能收到approval notice.
