I have transferred couple of times H1B. My ex-ex-ex employer filed GC for me based on LC (EB3) back in July 2002. Now it is in Dallas BEC and DOL just asked them to do recruiting before LC certifying. They are doing it for me now with my attorney.I got calls from them and the attorney telling me things will work out...
