我公司一中國同仁2006年1月申請的EB2不用了, 公司可以給我. 我的情況是: 我持加拿大護照, TN VISA 在美國幹IT. 請教各位大俠, 我還要申請H1B 嗎? 如果不用, 我要申請勞工卡嗎? 或者說在EB2到期之前,我應幹些什麽? 先謝了.
