誰遇到過這情況

我老公在加拿大簽證，周二approve，周三下午3點去拿時，說全世界美國使館的visa printing system has some technical problem，不知道什麽時候能fix，expect to be fixed by this weekend. 所以他隻能在加拿大等。飛機票也取消了。這種情況有人遇到過嗎？運氣真是太遭了。他應該能回來，是吧？真是擔心會出什麽別的意外
