再問關於name check

請問name check的快慢與申請綠卡的類別有關係嗎? 比如說,我是婚姻綠卡,我在這裏讀到這類申請被name check卡住幾年的例子好象不多,但理論上FBI應該不論什麽原因check的進程都一樣吧?
