Life is Fair

Most EB3 come to US as student, no working experience in China, major in computer, engineer, accounting, apply GC via LC, EB3, I did not hear too much complain about NC.because they background is clean as white paper.

All NC complaint are from Eb1, Eb2, NIW.
Nice academic record and good working experiences do so many research and projects. you backgrond is like tellphone book. they need go throught page
by page.

Some EB1 application no need LC and PD, file the 485 right the way, how nice, at the end, How sad. Stuck on NC.
