Confused: Texas Center, but asked to contact local...

I got confused information from USICS.
My lawyer call USICS because some error occured. Then I received the
letter below.
My case was transfered to Texas, but USICS asked me to contact with
local office. Someone got same letter? Did it mean my case will transfer to local? If I call local, do it confuse everything?
