My hu*****and was stuck in Name check when he was applying US citizenship.After the citizenship interview, we waited for 120 days. The regulation says that we can file lawsuits after 120 days after the interview.Then he filed lawsuits to federal courts. After 3 months, name check was cleared.He will take citiznship oath in April.However, if you have not had citizenship interview, 120days-regulations do not apply for you.
