I might be wrong, but this is definitely not new topics, there are a lot of such discussion out there,I don't know the case you mentioned, but for wom(485), I doubt it, so far I never heard the class action for wom, if you know some please let me know.
if LZ idea works then we can collect 5000 people easily and file a class action wom, each people just pay $5 :)))
again it may not work. just my 2 cents
