How long takes FBI name check?

NIW:
March 2005 ted 140 and got approved the same month
April 2005 ted 485
Oct 2006 排期到
From Oct 2006 to now on FBI name check.
How long it normally takes for FBI name check?
I heard only 1% name check exceed 6 months. Is that true?
