法居士，假博士請進。 我的做法正確嗎？謝指教。

本人H1身份， 護照上沒有stamp. 夏季需去加拿大開會， 逗留一周。 關於這次旅行我打算這樣做：
1，入境加拿大，可通過郵寄方式在加拿大駐美國領事館申請得到入境簽證；
2，返回美國， 我不想在加拿大申請H1,因為如果被拒，會有很多麻煩。 我可以持有效的I-94 form 回美。

請問我的計劃可行嗎？ 有更好的建議嗎?
