job title change after I-140 approval

H1-B and apply Green Card under EB-2. I-140 approved one year ago. I am currently waiting for priority date to become current in order to file I-485. I may get a promotion from manager to director and job responsibilities may change as well. Do I have to start from labor all over again? Are there something I need to file or worry about? Please advice and thanks
