EAD, please help!

I485 pending, H1B will be expired soon, need to apply EAD. However, several questions I am not sure, please help me, friends!
1. Case was transferred from CSC to NSC in March, where should I file EAD now?
2. Current Immigration Status in I765 form, what should I fill in? H1B worker or postdoc or what?
3. How long will it take to get EAD approved?
4. If I use EAD for work, can I still extend my H1B?
