I-140 stuck on Security Check

我的Eb-1a RFE都遞上去6個月了, 一直沒有消息. 打電話問等了45天才收到一封信。 信上說“All petitions/applications received by this Service are required to have routine secutiry checks that are resulting in delays of adjudication of petitions/application. We can give no definite indication of when they will be complete" 這是不是指 FBI name check， 怎麽在I-140就開始了。各位大蝦有誰碰到過這種情況，該怎麽辦那？請給出出主意！ 我這裏先謝謝了。
