OPT-H1B-Green Card

我學化學，並將申請OPT。 有一貿易公司要我(因我以前在國內幹過)，我知此OPT不能幹貿易，請問移民局會不會知道我在幹什麽(在OPT內)？。如申請H1B，有無問題？以及以 後，如Green Card, 有無問題？多謝！不好意思，問題太多。
