請教小白兔-打指紋

我是2005年11月第一次打指紋（CSC），剛又接到通知讓二次打指紋（TSC），可是沒有收到我女兒的關於打指紋的通知，她剛剛12歲（2005年，她打的是Code 2 while we were captured code 3）。您能解釋一下為什麽嗎？
