You should change the job to you spouse's place and start to apply for the EB-2 GC with the new employer if you have already got I-140 approval. You can keep the old PD Nov 2005 once your new I-140 approved (like perm based EB-2)and file I485 (based on your new I-140 application as I understand) when your Nov 2005 PD get current in the future. This way, you won't lost any thing in the GC application and may stay with you family.
I has the similar case with you but worse because my I-140 was not ted yet last year, I would lost my PD if I chnage my job at that time. My hubby and I stay in two state for 3 and half year during my GC application and unfortunately, my non-RIR LC has been pending and I have been struggling in giving up the GC application issue. Now, I got both LC and I140 approved and the I-485 is pending. I am going to find a new job in my hu*****and's city soon (CA21) and wait for my I-485 there.
